Ingredients required:
• 450 gr pork rump
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• salt and black pepper
Juicy and delicious thanks to the mustard. How can a single piece of pork have such an excellent flavor with just one ingredient? If you cook it on the grill, the taste will be even better. Do not hesitate to try it...
Preparation: Preheat the grill or oven to 2500 Celsius. Split the meat lengthwise, but not all the way, to avoid making a hole or a slot. It should be separated into two pieces and be whole (see picture).
Salt and season it with black pepper. Apply mustard on both sides.
Put it on the grill to bake for five minutes on each side or in the oven, turning it occasionally so it can be baked on all sides.
When it is done, leave it 5-10 minutes to cool before serving.
