Following the successful defense of her thesis, candidate Nadica Bajraktarova was awarded the degree of <strong>Master of Agricultural Sciences \u2013 Food Safety. <\/strong><\/p>\r\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The aim of the research was to develop and evaluate new dietary meat products intended for children\u2019s nutrition, with improved nutritional composition and functional characteristics. As part of the research, dietary sausages and p\u00e2t\u00e9s were developed and subjected to chemical, functional, microbiological, sensory, and statistical analyses.
